What do old folks in nursing homes, children's poetry, elder abuse, a mysterious code and a long lost heir have in common? They are all in my book. Yes, I am writing a book...been saying all my life I would write one, and now I have started!
I plan to use this blog to keep share how I am going about this new adventure. I've never blogged before, so bear with me, please.
I actually started writing back in November, and then just filed away the first few pages. A couple of weeks ago I was clearing out some old files, and read what I had written. "This is pretty good..." From then on, it is almost as if the book is writing itself.
Really cool how technology, the internet and having a lot of life experiences all come together to make things happen. Now it seems that every day, every hour, I find something else that needs to be included. I have a general idea where the story is headed, but not in details, so it is a bit of a mystery to me, too!
Wonder who will be my first follower...
